30-Day Window

Unburned, unused candles and unopened mists can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

What Cannot Be Returned

Once a candle has been lit or a mist bottle opened, we are unable to accept it back for hygiene and safety reasons. If a scent is not right for you, write to us and we will help make it right.

How to Start a Return

Email us or use the Contact page with your order number, and we will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we process refunds to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
